More Comfort from the Daily Readings

Ever since the new year started I have been beginning my day with the daily Scripture readings. Today I am giving a nutrition education presentation and I am nervous, but the first reading today (Isaiah 50: 4-9a) begins with this, "The Lord GOD has given me a well-trained tongue,"

I find it so affirming and reassuring when God speaks to me through the scriptures and lets me know He is with me. :)

I am busy with work and school and Mom is here and I promise I will try to post about our trip to CA for Matt's wedding and Mom's visit out here once things settle down (which may not be for a few weeks).

Oh, and the sun has started shining and we are gearing up for some serious Spring weather! So excited! Going to the Cherry Blossom Festival this weekend. Yes.
