A few years ago, my family began to have a cioppino feast sometime during the holidays so that we could all get together despite having our own family obligations (i.e. my generation started having kids old enough to warrant celebrating Christmas morning at home). Cioppino is a seafood stew (pronouced chupino). This year we hosted for all the Fresno folks plus my Matchi and Tatchi (godparents) from Bakersfield. Below tells the story in pictures :)
